Rustam Minnikhanov reviewed exhibits at the Kazan Agro-2026 specialized agricultural exhibition.

Today, the stands at the Kazan Agro-2026 specialized agricultural exhibition were inspected by Rustam Minnikhanov, the Rais of Tatarstan, Roman Nekrasov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, and Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The exhibition is located at the Kazan Expo IEC, where the final meeting of the board of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan is taking place today.

Companies and enterprises representing key development areas of the agro-industrial complex participated in the specialized agricultural exhibition of achievements in the agro-industrial complex. The exhibition focuses on the development of livestock and crop production, agricultural mechanization, and the implementation of digital technologies.

Rustam Minnikhanov and his entourage met with the participating scientific organizations and toured the livestock and crop production exhibition, as well as a display of large-scale equipment.

During the tour, Rustam Minnikhanov was presented with a project to create agro-technology classrooms. Its goal is to attract young people to agricultural professions.

The Rais of Tatarstan also learned about the results of agricultural crop breeding, the concept of localizing seed production, and other areas currently being actively explored in the development of modern crop production.

Kazan Agro-2026 also features agritourism clusters, agro-classes (a school zone), and booths for small-scale farming and processing.

The exhibition brings together agricultural producers, representatives of science, business, and processing enterprises.

The participating companies represent a broad geography, including enterprises and organizations from municipal districts of Tatarstan, Moscow and the Moscow region, Krasnodar Krai, Samara, Tyumen, Kemerovo, and Omsk regions, Udmurtia, Bashkortostan, the Kirov and Nizhny Novgorod regions, the Altai Krai, Orenburg, Yaroslavl, and Voronezh. In total, there are over 300 participating companies, including companies from Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Turkey.
