Horses were sent from the Republic of Tatarstan to the special military operation zone. The animals were prepared and brought to the republic's territory. Horses were provided by the Arsky, Leninogorsk districts and the Kazan Hippodrome.
Participating in the dispatch were Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan; Giyaz Idiyatullin, Director of the Kazan Hippodrome; and Svetlana Kapusheva, Executive Director of the Tatarstan Federation of Horse Breeding and Equestrian Sports.
The Minister spoke with the SVO fighters accompanying the horses and wished them a safe journey. Marat Zyabbarov noted that the Republic of Tatarstan is always ready to provide assistance, using all its resources and capabilities. "We are confident that these horses will become reliable companions for the defenders and helpers for civilians," the Minister said.
Horses were needed for patrolling liberated territories and delivering supplies to the "green zone." This mode of transportation was chosen because horses offer several advantages over vehicles: maneuverability and maneuverability in hard-to-reach places where vehicles often get stuck.
"Eight beautiful horses, unique representatives of the Tatar breed, are ready to set out to serve this noble cause. The choice of these particular animals was no coincidence. The Tatar breed is renowned for its endurance, undemanding nature, and excellent maneuverability. These qualities make them ideal assistants in conditions where every minute and every kilogram of aid delivered is crucial," said Giyaz Idiyatullin, Director of the Kazan Hippodrome.
Giyaz Idiyatullin noted that the animals tolerate transportation well. They are transported in a specialized vehicle, provided with hay, and watered along the way.
"The horses will assist in patrolling the territory and delivering supplies." "Stallions have been prepared for stables, and they will be looked after by experienced people who, one might say, grew up alongside horses," noted SVO fighter Sergei.
