The Ministry held an awards ceremony for the winners of the "Best in Profession" national professional skills competition among young workers in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan. Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov participated in the event.
The competition is being held for the 13th time to enhance the professional skills of young workers in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan and the prestige of agricultural professions, disseminate best practices, and promote youth employment in agro-industrial organizations.
Marat Zyabbarov emphasized that participating in the competition is always challenging, yet at the same time rewarding, as it offers a wonderful opportunity for professional and personal growth. "You demonstrate a proactive approach to life, self-confidence, and a desire to improve. These qualities will certainly help you achieve great success in the future," he noted.
In the "Best Veterinarian" category, Adelina Saidemova from the Menzelinskoye State Regional Veterinary Hospital took first place, Azat Zaripov from Tatarstan Agricultural Enterprise LLC took second place, and Nazar Efarov from Avgust-Leninogorsk LLC took third place.
In the "Best Zootechnician" category, Ramis Musin from Prodovolstvennaya Programma LLC took first place, Fannur Tukhfatullin from Igenche Agricultural Firm LLC took second place, and Polina Khodakova from Krasny Vostok Agro JSC took third place.
In the "Best Herd Reproduction Technologist" category, Ildar Timerbaev from the Baltasinskoye State Regional Military District took first place, Bulat Garapshin from Igenche Agricultural Company took second place, and Valentin Zakharov from Prodovolstvennaya Programma took third place.
In the "Best Machine Milking Operator" category, Gulfiya Shafigullina from Ural Agricultural Cooperative took first place, Raif Garipov from Ural Agricultural Cooperative took second place, and Anton Nikitin from TRUD Agricultural Cooperative took third place.
In the "Best Food Production Technologist" category, Roman Laptev from Kamsky Agricultural Cooperative took first place, Natalya Tarakanova from Yaratel Poultry Farm took second place, and Ailita Valiullina from BKK JSC took third place.
In the "Best Mechanical Engineer" category, Ilshat Vagapov from Novaya Zhizn LLC took first place, Ilnaz Akhmadiev from Tatarstan Agricultural Production Cooperative LLC took second place, and Ruslan Konstantinov from Aktivist Agricultural Production Cooperative LLC took third place.
In the "Best Machine Operator" category, Nursil Sabirov from Timiryazev Agricultural Production Cooperative LLC took first place, Almir Valirakhmanov from Marks LLC took second place, and Andrey Kolesnikov from Aktivist Agricultural Production Cooperative LLC took third place.
In the "Best Agronomist" category, Bulat Salyakhov from Ak Bars Agricultural Complex LLC took first place, Firdus Khakimov from Tatarstan Agricultural Production Cooperative LLC took second place, and Roman Pavlov from AF Rassvet Agricultural Production Cooperative LLC took third place.
In the "Best Accountant-Economist" category, Iskander Fazliev from Bornak LLC took first place, Milyausha Ivanova from Igenche Agrofirm LLC took second place, and Leysan Mukhametova from Mukhametov's Peasant Farm took third place.
Fail Gaffarov from Zalyaletdinov Individual Entrepreneur won the Grand Prix in the "Best Veterinarian" category.
The federal project "Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex" within the national project "Technological Support for Food Security" helps train future specialists in the agro-industrial complex.
