Today, a meeting with students on the goals and objectives of the state civil and municipal service of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at Kazan State Agrarian University. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by Liliya Khaertdinova, Head of the Human Resources Department; Ruslan Khafizov, Head of the Agricultural Cooperation Development Department; and Nina Valieva, Lead Advisor of the Department of Science, Education, and Innovative Technologies.
The seminar was held as part of the state program "Development of the State Civil Service of the Republic of Tatarstan and Municipal Service of the Republic of Tatarstan." Its objectives include attracting and retaining young, promising professionals in the state civil and municipal service, developing a system of public oversight and interaction with civil society institutions, and implementing measures to combat corruption in the state civil and municipal service.
"An effectively structured system of state and municipal governance is the most important condition for the dynamic development of the state. "Currently, the priority areas for improving the state and municipal governance system are developing human resources, improving the quality and accessibility of state and municipal services, and implementing new principles of human resources policy," said Liliya Khaertdinova.
