In their speeches, Tatar entrepreneurs from Samara, Tyumen, Krasnoyarsk, Bishkek, Ufa, Kirov, and other cities discussed their business projects, the development of business ties with Tatarstan, and paid special attention to preserving Tatar identity.

Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that annual meetings within the "Business Partners of Tatarstan" forum have become a good tradition. He noted the importance of maintaining and developing ties with Tatars from other regions of Russia and abroad. "We have just listened to your speeches; they are all very interesting and informative. We are proud of you and have learned a lot from you. You are successful entrepreneurs. "At the same time, you pay great attention to preserving the Tatar language, national culture, and traditions. Thank you all very much. We will stick together!" said the Rais of the Republic.
