The Ministry Discussed Reputational Risks in Procurement
Today, the Tatarstan Procurement Development Center held a seminar-meeting on current procurement issues at the Ministry, entitled "Reputational Risks in Procurement." The seminar was attended by Marsel Makhmutov, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, and representatives of the Tatarstan Procurement Development Center—Deputy General Director Nailya Gabidullina, Head of the Education Department Ilnar Magdanov, and Lead Legal Counsel Dmitry Chernov.
Marsel Makhmutov noted that changes have been made to Federal Law No. 44-FZ "On the Contract System in the Sphere of Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services for State and Municipal Needs," necessitating increased knowledge among procurement participants and the prevention of administrative violations.
The meeting participants discussed legal restrictions in procurement preparation, customer responsibilities, key rules and requirements for the acceptance of goods, works, and services, as well as the legal and practical consequences of acceptance.
