The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the third round of applications from individuals running private household plots for partial reimbursement of expenses:
— for the maintenance of dairy cows, female goats, and female goats over one year old, at a rate of 6,300 rubles per cow, 1,000 rubles per female goat and female goats over one year old;
— for the construction of mini-dairy farms, at a rate of 1 million rubles for a dairy farm with 8 or more cows, and 500,000 rubles for a dairy farm with 5 or more cows.
The application deadline is November 18–28, 2025.
Applications are accepted electronically through the "My Subsidies" system.
