August-Agro summarized the season results and recognized its best employees
Today, August-Agro held a gala event dedicated to Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers' Day at the Korston State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company in Kazan. The event was attended by Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan; Alexander Uskov, CEO of August; and Aidar Galyautdinov, CEO of August-Agro Management Company.
August-Agro Management Company operates two elevators with a total storage capacity of 212,000 tons of grain, 13 grain cleaning and drying complexes, a seed processing and storage facility, an agricultural machinery dealership, and four dairy farms.
Welcoming the event's guests, Marat Zyabbarov emphasized that August-Agro is making a significant contribution to the development of Tatarstan's agro-industrial complex. "Having begun operations in the Muslyumovsky District, the company is confidently expanding its presence, now covering 10 districts of the republic," he said.
According to him, thanks to its professionalism, the implementation of advanced technologies, and effective land management, August-Agro has become a leader in the production of grain, rapeseed, and sunflower, with a gross harvest of over 370,000 tons. "I would also like to note that the company is among the top 5 milk producers," the minister added.
Alexander Uskov said: "August is a huge team, and I wish them great success. You have a very difficult and, at the same time, extremely important job—to feed the country!" Aidar Galyautdinov noted: "Our land, our land resources, our state-of-the-art dairy complexes and elevators, our equipment—that's our driving force. And also our human resources and our desire to move forward."
At the end of the event, Marat Zyabbarov congratulated the best employees of the Avgust-Agro Management Company who contributed to the development of the agro-industrial complex and presented them with certificates of appreciation from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and certificates of honor and appreciation from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
