17 October 2025, Friday

Today, the Ministry held a meeting on agricultural machinery fleet renewal and service quality improvements, chaired by Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Also attending were Deputy Minister Rafael Fattakhov, Azat Ziganshin, General Director of JSC Tatagroleasing, Rustam Fazleyev, Director of ART LLC, Vladimir Mokeev, General Director of Terra Povolzhye LLC, and Ruslan Kuzeev, Director of the Representative Office of JSC Rosagroleasing.

The Minister noted that farms annually invest significant funds in updating their machinery fleets, and this year they have already purchased more than 1,700 units of agricultural machinery and equipment worth over 7.5 billion rubles. However, recently, complaints about the quality of new equipment and dealer service have become more frequent.

Marat Zyabbarov called on dealers to improve the level of equipment service and emphasized the need for active and open interaction between dealers and agricultural producers to promptly resolve emerging issues and improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery use.

"Agricultural producers should always know where to turn for service, spare parts, and consulting needs," the minister added.

Marat Zyabbarov also called for active work to meet the targets of the state program for technical and technological modernization. The budget of the Republic of Tatarstan is stimulating the renewal of the equipment fleet by subsidizing the purchase of domestically produced and Customs Union equipment at a rate of 30% excluding VAT.

Azat Ziganshin emphasized that the competence and qualifications of the service department must be high. "We will strive to supply agricultural producers with high-quality equipment and provide timely service," he said.
