Today, the final regional seminar on "Increasing the Prestige of Agricultural Professions and the Rural Way of Life" was held in the Aksubaevsky District of Tatarstan. Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov participated. Also attending the event were Milyausha Zagidullina, Chair of the Regional Public Organization "Agrarian Youth Association of the Republic of Tatarstan," Almaz Mingulov, Head of the Executive Committee of the Aksubaevsky Municipal District, Airat Valeev, First Vice-Rector of the Kazan State Agrarian University, HR directors, leading HR managers, heads of agricultural enterprises, and other officials.

The event served as a platform for discussing the prospects of agricultural professions and the role of rural areas as development areas with experts in the agricultural sector.

"Today, the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan is a dynamically developing sector of the economy. Further development of the sector is directly linked to strengthening human resources. A decisive incentive for specialists to work in rural areas is a decent salary," noted Marat Zyabbarov.

"Since this year, the republic has been participating in the federal project 'Personnel in the Agro-Industrial Complex', part of the national project 'Technological Support for Food Security,' which has received over 3 billion rubles funding from federal and republican funds over the next three years," the minister emphasized.

According to the minister, the project aims to create a seamless system for training specialists: from agricultural classes and secondary vocational education to universities and postgraduate programs. This will help create a sustainable human resources base for all levels of the agro-industrial complex.

In addition, to support agricultural enterprises and train qualified personnel, active efforts are underway to reimburse part of the costs allocated under the federal project "Personnel in the Agricultural Sector" for the training and internship of students from agricultural universities and secondary vocational schools.

"The Republic of Tatarstan is consistently developing a modern system for training and supporting personnel of the agro-industrial complex, where the foundation of the region's agricultural leadership lies in its people, their knowledge, and their commitment to developing the industry," concluded Marat Zyabbarov.

During the event, participants learned about current opportunities in the agricultural sector, career prospects for young people, and the potential of rural areas as development areas. Speakers also discussed with young people the choice of professions related to agriculture and the creation of agricultural technology classes in the Republic of Tatarstan.
