A new version of the "BK Certificates" dedicated software (version 3.0.4, as of April 1, 2025) has been posted on the official website of the President of the Russian Federation. This software is designed, among other things, for use in the Astra Linux operating system.
The "BK Certificates" dedicated software is available for download at the following link: http://www.kremlin.ru/structure/additional/12
The following features are implemented in the new version of the "BK Certificates" dedicated software: adding reviews (allowing the user to note information requiring special attention when completing income certificates in the form of notes); Income statement analysis (allows the user to automatically or manually check completed income statements for common discrepancies by comparing sections of the entire batch of completed income statements, comparing them with other income statements from the file (e.g., for previous reporting periods), or comparing them with another income statement from the current batch (e.g., with a spouse's income statement); sorting lists of accounts in banks and other credit institutions (allows the user to sort accounts by bank name and account opening date); spell check (displays a list of words that may contain errors); a sample income statement creation wizard (allows the user to mark sections and lines of a previously completed income statement that are subject to correction when creating a new income statement based on it).
Furthermore, the new version of the "BK Income Statements" software includes updated vehicle make, address, and bank classifiers as of February 6. 2025
Other useful features of the "BK Certificates" software that simplify the process of completing income certificates include: creating a package of income certificates based on the current one with a replacement applicant (for example, if the declarant's spouse also needs to submit an income certificate, this feature allows the primary declarant to be replaced with their spouse in one click, eliminating the need to complete a new package of income certificates for their spouse); merging a package of income certificates (allows the user to add an income certificate from another package to the current package to create a set of income certificates in a single file); and checking the completion of mandatory fields in a package of income certificates (allows the user to ensure that all required fields of the income certificate are filled in the program, with the ability to quickly navigate to a specific unfilled field).
