Applications are now being accepted for the All-Russian "25 Legendary Farmers" Award.
Thanks to you, delicious food appears on our tables; you preserve farming traditions and make a significant contribution to the entire country's economy. And your work, as a farmer, is anything but simple. Rosselkhozbank and the Komsomolskaya Pravda media group, with the support of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, have established the new "25 Legendary Farmers" Award.
The event is free of charge and is open to both established farms and recently launched projects with a bright future.
The winners will be selected in the following categories:
Farmer Dynasty - Best family-owned agricultural enterprise employing several generations;
Sharp Turn - A farm whose founder(s) came to agriculture from a completely different field;
Agritours - Farms and agricultural enterprises organizing excursions or tours for tourists with a focus on immersing themselves in rural life.
Farmer of the Year - An agricultural enterprise that has achieved particularly significant results over the year;
Woman in Agribusiness - Female managers of farms and agricultural enterprises who have achieved significant results in the industry;
Agriblogger - A farmer blogging about agriculture and work in the agricultural sector;
Innovation on the Farm - A farm enterprise actively implementing robotics, innovative, and automated processes.
