Tatarstan to host competition to support family values
As part of the implementation of the Regional Program to Increase the Birth Rate in the Republic of Tatarstan, a republican competition "Best Corporate Practice (Program) of Employers to Support Family Values" is being held.
The main objectives of the competition are to identify the best practices for supporting employees with families, improving the combination of professional and family responsibilities, as well as promoting the development of the labor and professional potential of such employees. This will help improve the demographic situation in the republic.
The task is also to motivate the heads of organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan to create favorable social and labor conditions for employees with children.
Organizations are allowed to participate in the competition regardless of the form of ownership, organizational and legal form, industry affiliation and types of economic activity carried out.
The competitive selection is carried out in 2 nominations, including 6 categories.
The organizer is the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Participation in the event is free of charge.
The application and documents for participation can be submitted to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan on paper via mail or online to the email address: mtsz@tatarstan.ru with the subject line "Documents for the republican competition - "Best Corporate Practice" (program) of employers to support family values" from August 16 to October 15, 2025.
