Ruzil Zakiev from Tatarstan became the best agronomist in Russia

The federal stage of the all-Russian competition "Best in Profession" in the nomination "Agronomist" has ended in Mordovia, where Ruzil Zakiev, chief agronomist of the agricultural enterprise "Nigez" from the Aktanysh district of Tatarstan, won. He demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, beating competitors from all over the country.

Second place was taken by Evgeny Kuzovatkin from Mordovia, and third place by Pavel Teterin from the Perm Territory. The winners and prize-winners of the competition will be awarded cash prizes: 1 million rubles for first place, 500 thousand rubles for second place and 300 thousand rubles for third place.

The "Best in Profession" competition is part of the national project "Personnel" and has undergone significant changes this year. The number of nominations was increased to 20, while the selection of professions was carried out taking into account their demand in the medium term.

The profession of agronomist remains one of the key ones in agriculture, and in the next five years the industry needs to attract more than 638 thousand specialists. The competition "Best in Profession" is designed to increase the prestige of blue-collar jobs and stimulate the professional growth of specialists.

The competition is organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation with the participation of industry departments, social partners and regions. The nomination "Agronomist" was held with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, which emphasizes the importance of training qualified personnel for the development of the country's agro-industrial complex.
