In Tatarstan, the winners of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition "Women in the Agro-Industrial Complex" were awarded
Today, as part of the international agro-industrial exhibition "Agrovolga - 2025", a solemn award ceremony was held for the winners of the regional stage of the All-Russian competition "Women in the Agro-Industrial Complex".
The competition was organized with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia and is aimed at recognizing the outstanding achievements of women who have made a significant contribution to the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas of the country.
During the ceremony, the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Director of the Department of Plant Growing, Mechanization, Chemicalization and Plant Protection of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Roman Nekrasov presented awards to 12 winners:
In the nomination "Who, if not me?" — the head of the Peasant farm of the Arsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Leyla Mingazova, the head of the Peasant farm of the Yutazinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Gulchachak Mustafina and the head of the fattening shop of Leninogorsk Poultry Farm LLC of the Leninogorsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Rushaniya Shaimardanova.
The winners in the "Superior Star" nomination were the head of the Peasant farm of the Pestrechinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Anastasia Aleksandrova, the head of the Peasant farm of the Verkhneuslonsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Alfiya Prokopyeva and the head of the Peasant farm of the Zelenodolsk municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatyana Kirova.
In the “Superwoman” nomination are General Director of Arsky Elevator JSC of the Arsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan Leysan Agliullina, Executive Chairman of the NAVRUZ Agricultural Industrial Complex of the Tyulyachinsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan Raila Khismatullina, Deputy General Director of Agrosila JSC for the activities of Agrosila-Moloko LLC Svetlana Bayrasheva.
The winners in the category “There are women in Russian villages” were the head of Agrofirm Kolos LLC and the head of the Peasant Farm of the Tetyushsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rima Safiullova, Deputy General Director for Livestock of JSC Agroholding Krasny Vostok of the Alkeevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan Irina Valieva, the head of the Peasant Farm of the Aznakaevsky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan Lily of the valley Zakirova.
The Women in the Agro-Industrial Complex competition has become a unique platform for exchanging experiences, supporting women's initiatives and popularizing the rural lifestyle in support of the national project Technological Support for Food Security.
