Since 2000, the Russian Federation has held the competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" annually. The organizer is the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. The competition is held at the regional and federal levels with the participation of the parties to the social partnership.
Its goals are to attract public attention to the importance of solving social issues at the level of organizations, identifying the best social projects, and creating a positive social image.
The competition provides an opportunity for organizations to demonstrate an active internal corporate policy, achievements in working with personnel, improving working conditions and labor protection, developing social partnership, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and others.
In 2025, the Competition will be held in 17 nominations, including various aspects of the company's activities, such as the level of safety in organizations in the production sector, the personnel potential of employees, social activity, support for large families of employees, etc.
