The Ministry held a meeting of the Commission on compliance with the requirements for official conduct of state civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interest, chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov. The Administration of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by Renat Umetbaev, Chief Advisor of the Anti-Corruption Inspections Department of the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption Policy.
The meeting of the Commission reviewed a notification from the head of the sector for the development of rural cooperation of the Ministry on the emergence of personal interest in the performance of official duties, which leads or may lead to a conflict of interest. The notification indicated that an application for state support measures was submitted by the chairman of the agricultural consumer supply and marketing processing cooperative "Azalia", who is the father of the head of the said sector.
In accordance with the Regulation on the Commission of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan on compliance with the requirements for official conduct of state civil servants and the settlement of conflicts of interest, approved by the order of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 13.10.2023 No. 384/2-pr, it was decided to assign the official duties of the head of the sector for the development of rural cooperation of the Ministry, related to issues of providing state support measures, during the competitive selection, in which the agricultural consumer supply and marketing processing cooperative "Azalia" participates, to the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.
