The Ministry held a meeting on the creation of agro-technological classes in the Republic of Tatarstan

Today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the creation of agro-technological classes in the Republic of Tatarstan as part of the implementation of the federal project "Personnel in the AIC".

The event was attended by Deputy Minister Marsel Makhmutov, Chairman of the Agrarian Youth Association of the Republic of Tatarstan Milyausha Zagidullina, Head of the Department of Science, Education and Innovative Technologies Almaz Gamirov, as well as heads of the Departments of Agriculture and Food in municipal districts, representatives of executive committees, school principals and investors.

As part of the national project, it is planned to create agro-technological classes in the municipal districts of the republic. The purpose of their creation is to form a system of continuous training of personnel for the agro-industrial complex through the interaction of a general education organization, specialized universities, specialized colleges and employers.

Agrotechnological classes are created at the levels of basic general (grades 7–9) and secondary general education (grades 10–11) for the purpose of in-depth study of specialized agrotechnological subjects, taking into account the forecast of the personnel needs of employers in the agro-industrial complex.

Agrotechnological classes are divided into the following specializations: "Genetics and plant breeding", "Efficient livestock farming and modern feed", "Poultry farming of the future: technology and management", "Modern beekeeping technologies", "Aquaculture", "Biotechnology and food production", "Floriculture" and "Agroengineering".
