International ties are strengthening between Tatarstan and Uzbekistan
As part of cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Bukhara region of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as interaction between veteran organizations of fraternal peoples, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a trip for veterans to Uzbekistan.
During the trip, veterans of the agro-industrial complex visited the poultry complex of Arjumandbonu LLC, the Yakka-tut mill in the Zhondorsky district, the Varnet greenhouse farm in the Bukhara district, Lattico LLC for the production of dairy products and the Institute of Natural Resources Management.
Tatarstan highly appreciates the opportunity to expand cooperation with Uzbekistan within the framework of friendly Russian-Uzbek relations.
Investment projects are being implemented between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan in the agricultural sector - melioration systems, agricultural machinery and grain seed selection. International relations in the field of digitalization of the agro-industrial complex and logistics are also developing.
Products exported from the Republic of Tatarstan are margarine, sugar, chocolate, jam, jelly, marmalade and ketchup. Most of the imported goods are vegetables, prunes and peanuts.
