Today, the Ministry held a meeting on the issues of working with the domestic Smena-9 cross and obtaining a comprehensive environmental permit by enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Director of the Department of Livestock and Breeding of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Sergei Voskresensky. It was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Advisor to the State Secretary - Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Dmitry Vlasenko, Deputy Minister Gelyus Bayazitov, representatives of large agro-industrial enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan and other officials.
Over the past 5 years, in agricultural organizations and peasant farms, the sale of livestock and poultry for slaughter in live weight has increased by 6.2%, egg production - by 17.2%.
According to the results of 2023, the Republic of Tatarstan firmly occupies 6th place in the Russian Federation in egg production (3.3% of the Russian Federation), 11th place in the production of poultry for slaughter in live weight (3.1% of the Russian Federation).
Dmitry Vlasenko reported on the development of the domestic meat cross "Smena-9". The cross was created on the basis of the Cornish and Plymouth Rock breeds and was registered in 2020. Confirmed genetic potential of broilers: average daily gain - 74 g; live weight at slaughter - 2965 g; feed conversion - 1.43 kg / kg. The advantages of "Smena-9" are the best indicators of broiler survival, organoleptic properties of meat, reproductive properties of the rooster and the adaptive abilities of the bird.
During the meeting, representatives of large poultry enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan spoke about the implementation of their activities.
Director of Production of the Bugulminsky Plemreproduktor branch Denis Toryusha: “Currently, there are 402,519 heads of poultry on the sites of Samara Broiler LLC, of which 302,663 heads are of the parental form. Over the first 8 months of 2024, 33,983 thousand eggs were produced (185% of the 2023 level), with an egg production of 14 pieces per month, poultry meat - 1,037 tons. (164% of the 2023 level)”.
Chief Livestock Specialist of Chelny Broiler LLC Damir Sultangareev: “Poultry meat produced over the first 8 months of 2024 by Chelny Broiler LLC was 88 thousand tons. The share in the Republic of Tatarstan is 61%. Egg production - 48 million 46 thousand pieces”.
General Director of Ak Bars Poultry Complex LLC Sergey Andreev: “Over the first 8 months of this year, Ak Bars Poultry Complex LLC in Pestrechinsky District produced 16.9 thousand tons of poultry meat for slaughter in live weight with an average daily gain of 61 grams per head, and produced 15.8 thousand pieces of hatching eggs. In Zelenodolsky District - 16.7 thousand tons with an average daily gain of 62 grams per head.”
Deputy Director of Vita LLC Ruslan Valiullin spoke about the situation with obtaining a comprehensive environmental permit for Kamsky Bacon LLC: “An inventory of emission and waste sources (data on the composition and amount of emissions into the atmosphere and discharges into water bodies) was conducted, NDV (standards for permissible emissions) at the sanitary and epidemiological examination, the expert opinion is planned to be released on September 20, then to Rospotrebnadzor for a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion.”
Sergey Voskresensky summed up the results of the meeting and noted the need for the involvement of poultry enterprises in the production of domestic crosses in the Republic of Tatarstan.
