Tatarstan presented local products at the International Fishery Forum in St. Petersburg
These days, the VII International Fishery Forum and Exhibition of Fish Industry, Seafood and Technologies is taking place in St. Petersburg. The event from the Republic of Tatarstan is attended by a representative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, head of the beekeeping and aquaculture sector Dinard Gataullin, representatives of the State Committee for Biological Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan represented by the chairman Fedor Batkov, his deputy Ramil Sharafutdinov. The participants also included representatives of the republic's fishing enterprises: Mamadyshsky Fish Factory LLC, Laishevsky, Rybno-Slobodsky (KRUG LLC), Dary Volgi Caviar House and IP Podgornov A.A.
The forum is attended by representatives of all areas of the fishing industry - from catching fish at sea to delivery to the end consumer. These are fishing and processing companies, aquaculture and mariculture enterprises, developers of equipment for processing, fishing, equipping ships, shipbuilding and ship repair organizations, manufacturers of feed and additives, as well as companies offering solutions for packaging, storage, cargo transportation.
Fishing enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan presented from 30 to 70 types of fish products at the exhibition: dried, smoked, canned, cutlets, kupaty, caviar and liver. For example, OOO "Rybzavod Mamadyshsky" presented more than 70 types of fish products.
