Tatarstan is one of the leaders in digital transformation in the country
Today, as part of the Kazan Digital Week – 2024 forum, a round table “Digital tools for sustainable development of agriculture” was held. It was attended by representatives of organizations contributing to the digitalization of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The mission of Kazan Digital Week is to facilitate the exchange of scientific and technical information, the consolidation of scientific and technological assets that can effectively solve the problems of import substitution and import advancement, ensure technological sovereignty and data sovereignty as the basis for the leadership of the Russian Federation in international cooperation.
The events of the section “Digital technologies in agriculture” are aimed at exchanging experience in the field of the agro-industrial complex. The sessions are focused on agricultural producers, IT companies, agricultural holdings, specialized ministries and interdepartmental structures. At the sections, experts and listeners considered current issues in the field of agriculture and discussed the vector of development of the agro-industrial complex, shared their experience in implementing digital technologies to achieve digital maturity.
General Director of JSC "RIVC" Niyaz Khaliullin spoke on the topic: "Application of AI in the GIS of the AIC of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan". In his report, he spoke about the state system of the AIC of the Ministry of Agriculture of the region - a single digital data ecosystem that collects data from farms, districts, information systems of the regional and federal levels.
Head of the automation department of JSC "RIVC" Timur Khairullin spoke on the topic: "Artificial intelligence - control of regulations in the milking parlor "Milking routine". The system helps to control the implementation of regulations, reduce animal diseases, increase milk productivity up to 31% and reduce the premature death of animals.

Bauman"; LLC "Scientific and Technical Center "Khiminvest" and Federal State Budgetary Institution of Higher Education "Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman".
