Kazan Digital Week 2024 International Forum Opening
Today, Kazan has become the center of the digital world. The Kazan Digital Week 2024 International Forum has opened its doors to experts in the field of new technologies. The event is taking place at the Kazan Expo IEC
The opening ceremony of Kazan Digital Week was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov. The Minister got acquainted with the exhibition, where scientific, technical, commercial products and services of digital transformation were demonstrated. The exhibition exposition occupied an area of 4 thousand square meters and included more than 140 stands, where over 200 of the best IT companies were presented.
“I am glad to welcome you to Tatarstan at the opening of the Kazan Digital Week international forum,” said Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, addressing the participants of the event. He expressed gratitude to the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin for the decision to grant the event federal status.
"This made it possible to increase the efficiency of interaction with the heads of federal government bodies, colleagues from the regions and abroad, representatives of science and the business community. Joint work at the forum is designed to help objectively assess our achievements and the tasks facing us, and expand the boundaries of cooperation", said Rustam Minnikhanov.
It is worth noting that this year the forum was attended by more than 16 thousand participants from Russia and other countries of the near and far abroad, of which about 600 people acted as speakers.
More than 100 different events are planned to be held during the forum, including strategic sessions, conferences, and sections. Also today, as part of the forum, roundtable meetings will be held on the main trends in the digitalization of the agro-industrial complex.
