Zelenodolsk Dairy Processing Plant produced over 100 million packages of dairy products in the first half of this year
JSC Zelenodolsk Dairy Processing Plant summed up the results of its work for the first half of 2024. Over 124 thousand tons of raw milk were processed at three production sites in Zelenodolsk, Chistopol and Buinsk. The total daily level of raw milk processing amounted to over 680 tons.
In the first 6 months of 2024, the company produced 58.8 thousand tons of products. In total, the plant produced over 100 million packages of dairy products. The brand "Ochen vazhnaya korova" showed the greatest growth. The output of this trademark amounted to 21.5 thousand tons. This is 6.6% more than in the same period in 2023. More than 17 thousand tons of products were produced under the Vaskino Schastye and Obnimama lines.
Today, the Zelenodolsk Dairy Processing Plant produces more than 100 of its own names, as well as 34 types of products for Russian retailers. These are the X5 Retail brand "Stantsia Molochnaya", the Auchan brand "Krasnaya Ptitsa" and "Vkusvill". In the first half of 2024, the plant produced 6.7 thousand tons of dairy products for federal retail chains, which is 2.6% more than in 2023. According to the enterprise's own analytical service, the share of ZMK JSC in the Tatarstan market is 24%.
Over the past six months, they spent 334 million rubles on modernization. The largest part of the investment was required to expand the curd section in the Chistopol branch. Work also continued to increase the production of soft cottage cheese in Zelenodolsk. Projects for the technical re-equipment of refrigeration and compressor units were launched and the vehicle fleet was updated.
The company's revenue for the first half of 2024 increased by 6.4% and amounted to 7.9 billion rubles, including VAT. ZMK sent 311.3 million rubles to budgets at all levels in the form of transfers to funds and tax deductions, which is 5.8% more than in the same period in 2023. It should be noted that the company's staff increased by 2.6% - its number amounted to 1,204 people.
