The 1st All-Russian Forum of Breeders and Seed Growers "Russian Field - 2024" to be held in Kazan
The 1st All-Russian Forum of Breeders and Seed Growers "Russian Field - 2024" will be held in Kazan on August 22-23. Its key event will be a plenary session chaired by the Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Oksana Lut.
The forum will bring together leading industry experts, representatives of government, science and business to discuss current issues and strategic prospects for the development of breeding and seed production in Russia. Among the honored guests and speakers are Salis Dobaevich Karakotov, General Director of Shchelkovo Agrokhim, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences; Igor Aleksandrovich Lobach, Chairman of the Council, NO "National Seed Alliance", Lyudmila Andreevna Bespalova, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation; Vyacheslav Mikhailovich Lukomets, Director of the Federal Scientific Center of Grain named after P.P. The first day of the forum will be held on the territory of the Agrobiotechnopark of the Kazan State Agrarian University, where participants will also be able to view demonstration crops. The second day will be held at the Korston Club Hotel in Kazan and will end with a plenary session.
