Ruslan Rafisovich Shakirov was born in the Sarmanovsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan and later began his entrepreneurial activity. At the Kazan State Agrarian University, he studied for one of the most sought-after professions in the agro-industrial complex - an agronomist who ensures coordinated work in the field of agriculture, from sowing and growing to storing crops.
Thanks to his knowledge and skills in the agricultural industry, Ruslan Rafisovich decided to participate in the federal project "Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses" of the national project "Small and Medium Entrepreneurship". According to the results of the competition of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan for a grant, the entrepreneur won 1.5 million rubles.
In 2022, the entrepreneur planted the most important crops for economic activity - barley and wheat - on a 100-hectare field. He operates in the Chukmarlinsky rural settlement of the Sarmanovsky district. Currently, Ruslan Rafisovich grows grain crops for the purpose of producing compound feed, because they contain a large amount of protein and essential amino acids necessary for raising animals and birds.
In the future, the individual entrepreneur plans to expand the farm and participate in future competitions held by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. Ruslan Rafisovich is especially interested in the competitive selection for a grant for the development of the material and technical base of beginning agricultural consumer cooperatives.
