Harvesting continues in Tatarstan
Grain harvesting is underway in 43 districts of the Republic of Tatarstan; 789 thousand tons of grain have been threshed to date with an average yield of 31.7 c/ha.
Over the past two days, more than 80 thousand tons of agricultural crops have been threshed throughout the Republic of Tatarstan.
In some farms in the Tetyushsky district, the yield reaches over 50 c/ha. Today, it is important to ensure the efficient operation of each unit of equipment. Our main task is to organize the harvesting of grain crops as much as possible and use the full potential of the grain harvesting complex. It is necessary to carry out the harvesting within the optimal agrotechnical timeframes, since their delay leads to crop loss. Overstaying of grain on the root after reaching technical maturity affects the size of the harvest and its quality, and therefore entails financial losses of the agricultural enterprise, - emphasizes the head of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Tetyushsky district Irek Sadriev.
And in 3 districts of Tatarstan the yield is over 40 c/ha, these are Menzelinsky, Novosheshminsky and Zainsky municipal districts.
