Rosselkhozbank is an active participant in the “Integrated Development of Rural Territories” lending program for the improvement of rural housing. In Tatarstan, 775 million rubles were allocated for these purposes. Of these, 355 million rubles were issued this year. Residents of the republic allocate most of the funds to repair houses.
In May 2024, the Government of the Russian Federation announced the extension of the infrastructure development program for rural agglomerations (Government Order No. 1184-r, No. 1185-r dated May 18, 2024). Additional budget funds will be allocated to subsidize loans at a preferential rate.
Improving the quality of life and developing areas outside cities are part of this program, and Rosselkhozbank pays great attention to improving infrastructure in rural areas. For clients aged 23 to 65 years, permanently residing in rural areas, a preferential loan provides the opportunity to install equipment to provide their households with electricity and water supply, sewerage, heating and gas supply under contract agreements, as well as to make repairs in residential premises.
In 2021, Tatarstan residents allocated 17 million rubles for utilities and home repairs, in 2022 – 35 million rubles, in 2023 – 368 million rubles, and this year – 355 million. Financial support has helped thousands of families create comfortable living conditions.
