The meeting, which is being held under the leadership of the Chairman of the State Council Farid Mukhametshin, was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, Chairman of the Council of the Association “Council of Municipal Formations of the Republic of Tatarstan” Ekzam Gubaidullin, deputies of the State Council, as well as heads of districts and rural settlements, managers of personal subsidiary plots and family farms, agricultural cooperatives from the northern zone of the republic.

Before the plenary part, Marat Zyabbarov got acquainted with the activities of a number of objects. First of all, he visited the Baltasinsky dairy and creamery plant. The company specializes in milk processing and the production of butter and hard cheese. Last year, 5,499 tons of butter, 11,673 tons of cheese, 5,624 tons of whey and 48 tons of cottage cheese were produced.

Next, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov and the heads of municipal districts visited the Salavych Monokorm. Here, in addition to collecting milk from the population, they provide them with ready-made, balanced, high-quality feed, which helps increase productivity.

The Deputy Prime Minister visited the farm of Majid Galiullin together with the Chairman of the Tatarstan Parliament. The service center was opened in 2002 and now they repair trucks and cars, agricultural machinery, tractor engines, and also sell spare parts.
Peasant farm of Raif Gafiullin is engaged in growing strawberries in open ground. A republican delegation also visited it today. Last year alone, more than 5 tons of products were produced.

The results of the work of farms were discussed in detail during a plenary meeting, which was held at the regional Cultural Center.

The main report was made by Marat Zyabbarov. First, he told about the progress of spring field work.   Currently, about 80% of the area is sown; due to weather conditions, about 10 thousand hectares of crops in the regions of the republic had to be replanted.

The minister noted that in 2023, 17.7 billion rubles were allocated for the implementation of the state program “Development of agriculture and regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials and food until 2025 in the Republic of Tatarstan.” 2.4 billion rubles were allocated for the development of small forms in 2023. At the same time, 44.3% of agricultural products worth 128.1 billion rubles were produced in small forms.

He also paid special attention to entering data into the EPC.
“The EPC is the only document on the activities of personal subsidiary plots, the basis for registering rights to a land plot and receiving subsidies. From 2025, subsidies for private household plots will be allocated through the “Electronic Budget” system, linked to the federal EPC; those who do not have the data will leave their population without support,” warned Marat Zyabbarov.
The event ended with the awarding of the winners of the republican competitions “Best Manager of a Peasant Farm”, “Best Manager of a Private Farm” and “Best Manager of a Rural Settlement for Entrepreneurship Development”.
