On the eve of the Day of International Workers' Solidarity and within the framework of the Year of the Family, the traditional honoring of the labor dynasties of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Hall of Public Places of the Kazan Kremlin. The solemn event “Glorious Labor Dynasties of Tatarstan” became one of the forms of the current May Day action of trade unions of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On behalf of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation, this year the Yusupov dynasty of veterinarians, which has a total work experience of 150 years, was represented. At the ceremony, words of sincere appreciation and gratitude were expressed by the Chairman of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation Farida Garifullina and the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Gelyus Bayazitov.
The professional research of the Yusupov dynasty enriched the field of veterinary sciences with more than one discovery. The founders of the family, doctors of veterinary sciences, deputy director for research Rasykh Yusupov and leading researcher Galfiya Ilyasova devoted many years to developments in the field of veterinary immunology and virology. The Federal Center for Toxicological, Radiation and Biological Safety united not only the elder Yusupov couple, but also gave a start to professional life to the successors of the dynasty. Laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan in the field of science and technology, author of dozens of scientific articles, Doctor of Biological Sciences, senior researcher Galiya Yusupova also followed in the footsteps of her talented parents.
Today she is also an active leader of the primary trade union organization of the Kazan State Academy of Veterinary Medicine named after N.E. Bauman. The veterinary scientific path was also chosen by his grandson, a researcher at the Center, Sultan Airatovich, who also heads the Council of Young Scientists in the organization and is a member of the Youth Council of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation. Over 150 years of total work experience, representatives of the dynasty have created a powerful scientific backbone and personnel potential of the federal center.
