The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan reports that in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 04/05/2024 No. 203, from April 22 to May 12, 2024, a special fire regime was established in the republic.
According to this resolution, in settlements exposed to the threat of forest fires and other landscape (natural) fires, in the territories of horticultural non-profit partnerships exposed to the threat of forest fires, as well as economic facilities bordering forests, a complete ban on the burning of dry grass and garbage has been introduced, as well as cooking over an open fire (fires, barbecues, braziers, other devices for cooking food), the use of pyrotechnic products of hazard classes 1 - 3.
Owners of land plots are required to promptly remove garbage, dry vegetation and mow grass.
For failure to comply with fire safety requirements during a special fire regime, administrative liability is doubled. Thus, fines for citizens will range from 10 to 20 thousand rubles, for officials - from 30 to 60 thousand rubles, and for legal entities - from 400 to 800 thousand rubles.
