Specialists from “I’m in Agro” found out which internships are popular in different regions of the country.
Subsidized internships are becoming an excellent opportunity for young professionals to start their careers. At the same time, companies offer positions that have a competitive salary level. For example, at the start, enterprises are ready to pay trainee machine operators about 90 thousand rubles, and agronomists – 70 thousand rubles.
At the same time, the most popular offers are for veterinarians (25% of all vacancies for trainees), agronomists (15%), process engineers (9%), livestock specialists (3%) and tractor drivers (2%). Engineers are least often required, but they are willing to pay them decent remuneration for their work; salaries start at 40 thousand rubles. Young professionals themselves prefer the position of an agronomist (51% of responses to company proposals) or a veterinarian (24%).
In recent years, the number of creative specialties has been increasing, as the need for constant updating of both production itself and the image of the agricultural industry is growing. Nevertheless, veterinarian, agronomist and industrial engineer - completely uninnovative professions - still retain their popularity and demand. They require special education, knowledge and skills and constitute the basic personnel of most small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises.
