Live communication, direct questions and sincere dialogue are the best way to build relationships with young staff and attract them to work for the company. Leaders of key areas of August-Agro will hold a series of meetings at the Kazan State Agrarian University. They will tell students practical stories and visually introduce them to the company's experience in various fields.
The series of events was opened on February 6 by the General Director of the Management Company "August-Agro" Aidar Galyautdinov and the Executive Director Gumer Zakirov. The holding's managers told the students about the benefits of internship and employment at August-Agro, about the level of technology and digitalization of enterprises; about the challenges of the time that face specialists starting their career today.
“Agriculture is a promising industry. You have chosen the right direction. You have an active life ahead of you. Let’s work together for the benefit of our Motherland,” Aidar Galyautdinov summed up the first meeting.
In a weekly meeting format, August-Agro specialists will tell students about no-till technology, equipment that is used in the fields of enterprises, digital services, feed production and other features of the future profession, which can only be learned through practical experience.
