A rally of advanced workers took place in the Drozhzhanovsky district
On February 8, a rally of advanced workers took place in the Drozhzhanovsky municipal district. The ceremony honoring rural workers was attended by Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Ildar Gilmutdinov, General Director of OJSC Tatagrokhim Nail Gubaidullin, Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Rinat Gaizatullin, General Director of JSC Holding Company Chistopolye Nail Zalakov, Advisor to the General Director of the holding company OJSC Ak Bars Vladimir Nikolaev.
The most devoted to their profession were invited to the district House of Culture: those who have been working at the same enterprise for decades, those who go to the fields early in the morning, those who work on farms, those who try to always have bread on their tables.
The agricultural sector occupies the main place in the region's economy. In 2023, the region produced agricultural products worth 3.2 billion rubles.
More than 21 thousand tons of milk were produced, which is 106% higher than the same period last year. This year, the district's farms are tasked with producing at least 8,000 kilograms of milk from each cow.
In 2023, district farms purchased 224 units of machinery and equipment worth 925 million rubles. Over the past five years, 16 young specialists came to the Drozhzhanovsky district from agricultural universities, and 73 specialists from technical schools.
The guests wished the Drozhzhanovsky farmers good health and to achieve high efficiency indicators regardless of weather conditions, and presented the region’s leading workers with Certificates of Honor and Letters of Gratitude from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan. The best workers in the industry were also awarded Certificates of Honor, Letters of Gratitude and memorable gifts from the head of the district.
According to the results of the agricultural industry, in the nomination “Best Farms”, first place was taken by Tsilna LLC, second place by Drozhzhanoe Rassvet Agro LLC, third place - by AgroTransPort LLC.
In the nomination “Best Processing Enterprise”, first place was awarded to Gosudarev Ambar, second to Istok, and Duvanovsky Gardens took third place.
In the field of crop production among peasant farms "Bikchurov R. A." took 1st place, “Nizamov A. A.” - 2nd place, “Makhmutov I.F.” - 3rd place.
Among peasant farms in the livestock sector: “Amosov A. N.” - first, “Kamaraeva A.D.” - second, "Karabaev V. A." - third place.
During the event, the best combine operators, winners of republican and regional competitions, the best drivers, the best machine operators, tractor drivers, specialists, the best milkmaids, calf workers, livestock breeders, technologists, mentors and young specialists, technical school students and schoolchildren who worked on farms and societies in time of summer holidays.
A special feature of the event, within the framework of the Year of the Family announced this year, was the honoring of the Fatkhullov family dynasty, who have been working for many years in the Tsilna company: the spouses Ilnur and Leysan, their son Ilnaz Fatkhullov and the Markov family dynasty, who have been working in the Drozhzhanoe Rassvet Agro company ": head of the family Andrei, sons Nikolai and Pavel.
