Marat Zyabbarov visited the Baltasinsky municipal district

Today, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov visited the Baltasinsky municipal district on his next working trip. He was accompanied by the head of the district, Ramil Nutfullin.

Before the meeting, the minister visited No. 2 of the Arsk Agro-Industrial Professional College after reconstruction, where he was met by the head of the branch, Rais Galiev.

Next, he toured an exhibition of products from enterprises of the Baltasinsky district.

At a meeting of the Council of the Baltasinsky municipal district “On the results of the socio-economic development of the Baltasinsky municipal district for 2023 and tasks for 2024,” Marat Zyabbarov noted that the Baltasinsky district is considered one of the steadily developing municipalities of the republic.

According to preliminary estimates, for 2023 in the region the volume of gross territorial product amounted to 14.2 billion rubles, agricultural products were produced for 6.5 billion rubles, industrial products for 1.5 billion rubles, 17 thousand square meters of housing were built .

A significant contribution to the economy of the municipality and the republic as a whole is made by such enterprises of the district as Archa LLC, MDSU-1 LLC, Tatarstan LLC.

A significant place in the economy of the region is occupied by the agricultural complex, which forms half of the gross territorial product. In the ranking of the agro-industrial complex based on the results of 2023, the district is in fifth place among the districts of the republic. In 2023, the district produced agricultural products worth more than 6.5 billion rubles, the region’s grain growers threshed 97.4 thousand tons of grain, livestock farmers produced more than 125 thousand tons of milk and raised more than 7.5 thousand tons of livestock and poultry. 

In the ranking of districts for the production of conventional livestock products, the Baltasinsky district improved its position by 1 point compared to last year, taking 9th place. Positions in the ranking were improved by 1 point due to an increase in milk production by 9% or 10.4 thousand tons, livestock and poultry - by 3% or 212 tons.

Today, in the agricultural formations of the region, daily milk yield is 380 tons, which is 14% higher than last year. In terms of productivity per cow, the district is in 7th place in the national ranking with a milk yield of 26.8 kg.

At the end of the year, the average salary in the district's agro-industrial complex amounted to 42.2 thousand rubles. There have been good dynamics over the past year. It is necessary to find opportunities to further increase wages for rural residents. In terms of the development of small businesses over the past year, they took 1st place among the regions of the republic. This is the result of many years of fruitful work, the introduction of advanced technologies and the hard work of the residents for which the area is famous.

“The district leadership and heads of settlements need not to stop there, but continue to work to stimulate business activity in the countryside,” noted Marat Zyabbarov.

After the meeting, Marat Zyabbarov visited the Baltasinsky butter and dairy plant, where he was accompanied by director Ramzil Nasibullin.

At the end of the working trip, the Minister took part in a gathering of the region’s leading workers and presented awards to distinguished industry workers.
