Tatarstan has become a leader in the implementation of rural mortgages
4 billion rubles were issued by the Tatarstan regional branch of Rosselkhozbank in 2023 for rural mortgages. This allowed more than 1,000 families of the republic to purchase housing in rural areas. According to the bank, Tatarstan has become the leader in program implementation among Russian regions. This was announced by the director of the Tatarstan regional branch of Rosselkhozbank Lyalya Kudermetova during the VI specialized exhibition of achievements of the agro-industrial complex “TatAgroExpo”.
The results of the year once again confirmed that rural mortgages are a popular program among Tatarstan residents. Over four years, more than 4,200 families in Tatarstan received support in the amount of 11 billion rubles.
Deputy Head of Rosreestr of Tatarstan Liliya Burganova noted that this mortgage lending program with state support, along with preferential mortgages, is an effective mechanism and an additional incentive for the development of the Tatarstan mortgage market. Rural mortgages have gained the greatest popularity in areas such as Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky and Vysokogorsky districts. At the same time, the average time for registering each mortgage transaction under the “rural mortgage” program, thanks to the implementation of the “Mortgage in 24 hours” project in Tatarstan, is 1 business day.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, speaking at the board of the ministry, noted that in 2023, 3 billion rubles were allocated for the implementation of the state program “Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories”. “This year this work will be continued on a larger scale, the amount of funds has been increased to 5 billion rubles. In this part, Tatarstan is the largest recipient of State Program funds,” he said.
