The August-Alabuga plant allocated 6.6 million rubles to support employees and their families
The August-Alabuga enterprise carries out active social work to support its employees and their families.
The plant regularly takes measures to ensure social stability in the team and improve the comfort and quality of life of employees. Thus, at the end of 2023, the company allocated funds in the amount of 6.6 million rubles for this direction.
One of the forms of material support for employees of the August-Alabuga plant is assistance to families at the birth of children. Employees who become parents are paid a one-time benefit in the amount of 100 thousand rubles. Last year, 10 employees received such financial assistance.
In addition, 5 employees were awarded bonuses on the occasion of the anniversary.
The issue of supporting the families of the mobilized remains also important. The plant provides comprehensive assistance to military personnel and their families.
Every year the team and children of employees receive gifts for the New Year. In 2023, all employees were given gift cards to a chain grocery store, and 247 children under the age of 14 received gift baskets ahead of the holiday. A New Year’s performance was also organized for children at the City Palace of Culture, where more than 100 young spectators attended the musical performance “The Snow Queen.”
One of the innovations of the past year was the organization of an excursion to the plant for the children of employees. During the autumn holidays, high school students were able to get acquainted with the enterprise and see their parents’ workplaces. The management decided to hold such events on a regular basis during the holidays.
