The Ministry held a meeting on personnel issues
Today at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the First Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov, a meeting was held with the participation of employees on personnel issues.
“Today we will sum up the results of 2023 and talk about plans for the next year 2024. All work and activities of an enterprise begin with personnel. The success of the entire work of the Ministry depends on the correct task assigned to a new employee,” noted Lenar Garipov.
At the meeting they discussed general personnel issues, execution of award documents, securing young specialists, etc.
At the end of the meeting, Lenar Garipov presented certificates of honor and gratitude for many years of fruitful work in the agro-industrial complex.
