The volume of production of the “Ochen vazhnaya korova” brand increased by 29.3%
Zelenodolsk Dairy Processing Plant summed up its work for 9 months of 2023. Key indicators of the enterprise showed significant growth. The volume of finished products of ZMK amounted to 137.5 thousand tons. In particular, the plant produced 31.5 thousand tons of products under the “Ochen vazhnaya korova” brand. Compared to the same period last year, the growth was 29.3%. The company also produced 6.8 thousand tons of products under the Obnimama brand, which is 2% higher than in the first nine months of 2022. The plant produced 9.5 thousand tons of products for federal retail chains. This is 9.8% more than in the same period last year.
The total volume of raw milk processing at the enterprise's three production sites in Zelenodolsk, Chistopol and Buinsk amounted to more than 192 thousand tons. The daily cumulative level of raw milk processing reached 704 tons. The most popular products were butter "Krestyanskoe" with a fat content of 72.5% "Ochen vazhnaya korova" - 7.8 million units sold, drinking milk with a fat content of 2.5% "Vaskino Shchastye" - 12.2 million units sold and children's curds "Obnimama" "—19.1 million packages sold.
Based on the results of 9 months of 2023, the plant invested more than 242 million rubles to update its production sites. On the territory of the Buinsky branch, the re-equipment of the dry dairy products workshop is approaching the final stage. In Zelenodolsk, the implementation of a project to increase the production of soft cottage cheese and sour cream continues. The modernization of the cottage cheese production site has begun at the Chistopol branch.
The Zelenodolsk Dairy Processing Plant allocated 513.6 million rubles to budgets of all levels in the form of tax deductions and transfers to funds for 9 months of 2023. The company's revenue increased, compared to the same period last year, by 2.4% to 11.0 billion rubles, including VAT.
