ZMK cheeses are among the top three in Tatarstan

The Zelenodolsk dairy processing plant presented hard varieties of cheeses “Rossiisky” and “Gollandsky” for testing by the State Alcohol Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan. The event organized by the department included expert testing in accredited laboratories and tasting by a specially assembled commission.

In total, 40 types of cheeses sold in the republic took part in the study. The products were checked according to the main indicators of quality and safety, and the parameters of taste, smell, consistency, appearance and color were assessed during the tasting.

According to the results of tests of hard cheeses of the “Rossiisky” variety, the product produced by ZMK took third place. The situation was similar when studying Gollandsky varieties – the plant’s cheese ended up in third place.

“We are pleased that the commission again noted the company’s products. We are always responsible for the quality of every gram of products, strictly monitor all stages of the production process, and are glad that our efforts are recognized and appreciated. Our plant will make every effort for further development in order to achieve even higher positions,” commented Roza Garipova, Deputy General Director for Quality at ZMK JSC.
