Agricultural fairs were held again in Tatarstan
On September 9, traditional agricultural fairs began in the republic at 14 sites in the city of Kazan, 2 sites in Naberezhnye Chelny and the Zelenodolsk region, 3 sites in Nizhnekamsk and with varying frequency in 26 municipal districts.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov, First Deputy Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov and Deputy Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rafael Fattakhov inspected the work of the agricultural fair in the village Derbyshki.
As a result of 10 fairs, agricultural products were sold for a total amount of 789.0 million rubles, of which 7,315.0 tons of vegetables, including 4,528.0 tons of potatoes, 457.3 tons of bottled milk, 548.8 tons sugar, 770.1 tons of meat, including 443.4 tons of beef.
35 municipal districts and 9,477 transport units were involved in holding the fairs.
The fairs are scheduled to run until December 23, 2023.
