ZMK entered the TOP 100 milk processors in Russia
The Zelenodolsk milk processing plant entered the top ten of the TOP 100 largest milk processors in Russia rating. It was prepared by the Dairy Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the DairyNews news agency.
This year the plant got the 10th place in the ranking. The total volume of raw milk processing at the enterprise’s three production sites in Zelenodolsk, Chistopol and Buinsk in 2022 amounted to 262.6 thousand tons of milk, which is 11.5% higher than the figures for 2021.
“Every year we systematically increase production indicators, expand the geography of supplies, raise quality and safety standards, and regularly update our product line. The results of work in 2022 made it possible to maintain the positive dynamics of raw milk processing and take a high place in the Russian ranking among dairy companies - this is the merit of the entire ZMK team,” said Aufar Galiev, General Director of ZMK JSC.
Let us remind you that in 2022 the plant produced 196.3 thousand tons of dairy products, which is 20.4% more than in 2021. The most popular product based on annual sales results was pasteurized drinking milk with a fat content of 2.5% under the brand “Vaskino Shchastye”. It sold 18.6 million units, up 21.5% compared to 2021.
