Rosselkhozbank in Tatarstan supported farmers with almost 17 billion rubles
Since the beginning of the year, the key bank in financing agriculture, Rosselkhozbank, has issued 16.9 billion rubles to farmers of the Republic of Tatarstan. Of these, agricultural producers received more than 70% of the funds at a preferential rate.
Of the total funding for the region's agro-industrial complex, large businesses received 9.5 billion rubles, small and medium-sized businesses – 6.7 billion rubles, micro-businesses – 0.7 billion rubles.
Rosselkhozbank takes a leading position in the region in implementing the program of preferential short-term lending. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the branch’s share in the regional market is about 50%, including more than 70% for IFC loans.
Small businesses this year received support in the amount of 2.1 billion rubles, which is 1.5 times more than a year earlier. Of this, they allocated 1.6 billion rubles for seasonal field work, which is 500 million more than a year earlier.
