On September 9, traditional agricultural fairs began in the republic at 14 sites in the city of Kazan, 2 sites in Naberezhnye Chelny and the Zelenodolsk region, 3 sites in Nizhnekamsk and with varying frequency in 26 municipal districts.
Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov and First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Lenar Garipov inspected the work of agricultural fairs in Osinovo, on Yagodnaya Sloboda, Batyrshina and Leningradskaya streets.
Products from the Apastovsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Tetyushsky districts and Tatagrokhimservice enterprises were presented at the sites.
As a result of 7 fairs, agricultural products were sold for a total amount of 568.2 million rubles, of which 5,656.4 tons of vegetables, including 3,723.3 tons of potatoes, 405.5 tons of bottled milk, 392.3 tons sugar, 548.5 tons of meat, including 320.4 tons of beef.
35 municipal districts and 6,712 transport units were involved in holding the fairs.
The fairs are scheduled until December 23, 2023 (16 fair days).
