Salt of the earth: Russia's first rating of the best managers in the agro-industrial complex starts
We have started accepting applications for the “Salt of the Earth” rating, during which a list of the best managers of the Russian agro-industrial complex will be formed. The first specialized industry rating was organized by Rosselkhozbank and the Association of Managers.
The basic principle of forming the rating, as in the “Top 1000 Russian Managers,” is “the best choose the best,” that is, during the voting, top managers - participants in the rating - evaluate the success of their colleagues in their functional areas.
The selection of rating laureates takes place in several stages - submission of applications, online voting, calculation of the integral assessment, publication of the results. Based on the results of the project, in December 2023, the most professional managers in Russia, industry leaders in eight functional areas will be identified.
“The appearance of a separate rating of agricultural executives shows how much the industry has accelerated. It has its own rules of the game, its own traditions and innovations, its own managers. Historically, the agricultural sector is perhaps the most important sector of the economy for Russia. Of course, this area should have its own rating, which will allow us to identify the most professional managers,” says Boris Listov, Chairman of the Board of Rosselkhozbank.
Applications for participation will be available to managers in the field of senior management and heads of the following areas: commerce and finance, human resources management, marketing and communications, logistics, directors of information technology, as well as those responsible for the production of agricultural products - chief agronomists of enterprises.
Special nominations are designed to evaluate the contribution to the development of science and education, agricultural technologies and farming. To participate, a candidate must have achievements confirmed in the media, victories in professional competitions, and recognition from the industry community.
Applications for participation in the ranking will be accepted until November 10. The voting stage is from November 15 to 22.
