The Republican Trade Union Organization took part in the III Republican Forum of Trade Unions
The other day, the III Republican Forum of Trade Unions “Striving for Zero: National Strategy in the Field of Labor Safety” took place at the Livadia-Tatarstan sanatorium. The conference hall brought together trade union leaders, heads of enterprises and organizations, representatives of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Investigation Department, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as guests from other regions of Russia and the Republic of Belarus. The Tatarstan republican organization of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation was represented at the Forum by Chairman Farida Garifullina, as well as trade union representatives for labor protection, chairmen of district and primary trade union organizations.
The Forum was opened by the Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan Elena Kuzmicheva. She expressed her gratitude to all trade union activists, veterans of the trade union movement and social partners. Deputy Chairman of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia David Krishtal, in his speech, highly appreciated the work of the Federation of Trade Unions of Tatarstan. The ceremonial part of the Forum ended with congratulations from the chief technical inspector of the Federation of Trade Unions of Belarus Pavel Manko and the ceremony of awarding trade union activists with the badge of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan “For Mentoring”.
From the sector of agricultural workers, two enterprises were awarded letters of gratitude from the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Tatarstan: peasant farm Mukhametshin Z.Z. Sabinsky district and Essen Production JSC.
The forum continued with a speech by the head of the Department of Occupational Safety and Environment, Chief Technical Labor Inspector Alexey Bezyukov and the Center for Research on Occupational Safety and Health of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNII of Labor" of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation Ekaterina Kuznetsova, who spoke about the intricacies of innovations in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation in terms of labor protection.
Occupational safety representatives from primary trade union organizations in various industries shared their experience and best practices in organizing occupational safety.
The Forum participants expressed their deep gratitude to all the organizers for the valuable information and a lot of positive emotions.
