The Youth Forum of the Republican Organization of Trade Unions of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation was held
Young trade union activists of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the Youth Forum of the Republican Organization of Trade Unions of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the trip was the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Russian Federation.
The theme of the Forum was “Motivation for Trade Union Membership”. At the opening of the forum, Farida Garifullina, Chairman of the Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agro-Industrial Workers, delivered a welcoming speech. She also held a general organizational meeting with the event participants.
As part of the forum, young activists took part in the “Rope Course” training, which was conducted by a team building trainer. The guys were given instructions, and then there were games in small groups.
After the training, the activists attended the lecture “Motivation for trade union membership: If you want to join a trade union, ask me how!”, which was conducted by Venera Tokar, associate professor, business trainer, professional coach.
