Bulat Garifullin, Head of the Department for Social and Economic Issues of the Tatarstan Republican Organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation, paid a working visit to agricultural enterprises of the Sabinsky municipal district. Together with the chairman of the regional trade union organization Gulnaz Nigmatzyanova, they studied the results of work in the field of labor protection.
During the harvesting campaign, ensuring the safety of the villagers, strict adherence to labor protection requirements becomes one of the main criteria that guarantees the successful completion of this crucial period. Therefore, employees of agro-industrial enterprises must learn the rules and requirements in the field of industrial safety, undergo daily briefings, and follow disciplinary requirements during the harvesting process.
The purpose of the trip to the enterprises was not only to inspect compliance with labor protection requirements, but also to provide advice on improving the results of work in this important area of activity. The first meeting within the framework of the working trip was held with the machine operators of the Igenche society. We discussed issues of remuneration, Bulat Garifullin asked about the level of wages, whether employees receive it on time.
He also drew attention to the fact that the changes that came into force on September 1, 2022 allow for training in the field of labor protection on their own farms. “In general, issues of our own security are in the area of responsibility and depend largely on ourselves. There are a number of changes that relate to medical examinations. But even they do not guarantee the timely detection of certain diseases. A person himself should be interested in the safety of his health and life, and track changes in his body,” said the head of the department.
The chairman of the Sabinsky regional organization of the Trade Union of Workers of the Agro-industrial Complex of the Russian Federation, Gulnaz Nigmatzyanova, recalled the need to use the right of everyone to undergo a free medical examination in polyclinics. As part of his trip to the Sabinsky district, Bulat Garifullin also met with the collectives of the Tugan Yak and Yulbat farms. The representative of the Tatarstan republican organization of the Trade Union of Agricultural Workers of the Russian Federation presented awards to combine operators who achieved high results during the harvesting campaign. Trade union prizes were awarded to Igenche farm workers Ilham Galiev, Lenar Zaripov, Tugan Yak LLC Aidar Timergaliev, Niyaz and Ilnaz Malikovs, as well as Ilyas and Ilham Minnegulovs from the Nyrty farm, who came to help colleagues from Yulbat LLC ".
