Since the beginning of 2023, Rosselkhozbank has allocated 12.5 billion rubles to support the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan. Of these, more than 80% of the funds were issued on the most favorable terms for farmers - a preferential rate.
Of the total amount of funding for the agro-industrial complex, about 7 billion rubles were directed to support large businesses, about 6 billion rubles - to support medium, small and micro businesses.
RSHB directed 7.6 billion rubles from the total amount to finance seasonal work. Of these, small businesses received 1.4 billion rubles, which is 2.5 times higher than last year.
“Rosselkhozbank occupies a leading position in the region in implementing a program of concessional short-term lending. According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the share of the branch in the regional market is about 50%, including more than 70% on loans from the small farmsteads,” said Lyalya Kudermetova, director of the Tatarstan regional branch of Rosselkhozbank.
In the whole country in the first half of 2023, Rosselkhozbank allocated 826.2 billion rubles to support the country's agro-industrial complex, of which every third ruble was provided on the most favorable terms for farmers - at a preferential rate. 412.5 billion rubles went to seasonal work.
In the seasonal work market, the RSHB provides 70% of loans for seasonal work, and in 17 regions the share of Rosselkhozbank exceeds 90%.
339.8 billion rubles went to support export-oriented companies in the agro-industrial complex.
