Today Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov arrived on a working trip to the Kukmorsky municipal district. On a working trip, he was accompanied by the head of the district, Sergei Dimitriev.
Marat Zyabbarov visited the fields of the Asyanbash-Agro and Unysh farms, where he got acquainted with the course of the harvesting campaign. Also today, the first stone was laid in the foundation of a dairy farm for 4,800 dairy cows, which will be built near the village of Pochinok Kuchuk.
“There are more than 32,000 hectares of sown area in the region. If the weather is good, then by the end of this week we expect to complete the harvesting work by 50 percent. In all farms, work is organized, equipment is in the field. Today we examined the fields and said that an average of 39 centners are received on one hectare. Of course, not all fields are the same, but on average for the region per hectare I hope we will get 35-37 centners,” said Sergey Dimitriev, head of the region.
He noted that there are more than 43 thousand heads of cattle in the region. To feed such a quantity, it is necessary to prepare enough feed.
“Five years ago, Rustam Minnikhanov, visiting the Ural farm, during an inspection of the farms, set the task of bringing the livestock population in the region to 40 thousand heads. We have reached this figure and even managed to surpass it. Of course, the larger the livestock, the more feed is needed. We prepared 150,000 tons of haylage,” Sergey Dimitriev shared.
Marat Zyabbarov highly appreciated the work carried out in the region. “You are successfully using the republican programs, and construction does not stop. One of these days the construction of a new dairy farm will begin. Laying the first stone in the construction of a new facility is always a pleasant event. When it comes to the agricultural sector, we are even more happy. This is a massive project. There is an investor's desire, support from the district leadership,” said Marat Zyabbarov.
At the first stage, two buildings for 600 cows and a milking parlor will be put into operation. In the future, a farm for 4,800 dairy cows will be built.
